Body wraps are treatments designed to tighten your skin, eliminate toxins, help with temporary inch loss and / or soothe tired muscles. There are different wraps available tailored at different needs, so some will be slimming and detoxifying, some may be a specific inch loss wrap, whereas others will be relaxing and revitalising.
What are Body Wraps
Whether you diet or train, you don’t lose fat cells, you lose subcutaneous fat inside the cells. The wrap’s natural ingredients help to saturate the wall of the cell and work to release accumulated subcutaneous fat inside the cell. The excess substance liquefied by the ingredients in the wraps goes through the blood circulation to the lymph system, to excrete from the body. This is a normal excretion action that cleanses the excessive fatty substance from the body, and the excess substance is flushed out through the lymphatic system, your normal elimination process.

How the Body Wrap works
First, you will have a consultation. Next, body brushing is done, followed by Dead Sea Salt Scrub exfoliation to remove all the dead skin cells and help improve your circulation. This part of the treatment is perhaps the most important, as your pores will have a better chance of soaking in the treatment if the layer of dead skin has been removed.
This is followed by an application of Seaweed Mud and the body then wrapped, which will warm the tissue, increase circulation and improve the skin condition. The Seaweed Mud Wrap is left on for 30 mins and then removed.
Lastly, a lovely, rich moisturiser is massaged into the skin leaving your skin feeling warm, soft and smooth. Then relax with a complementary drink – feeling great!
Cellulite Treatment Wrap: Designed to boost circulation and flush out toxins, this wrap targets the client’s cellulite, and focuses on bums, tums and thighs.
Mud Wrap: A layer of soothing mud is applied to the skin to detoxify, cleanse and firm. The mud is thought to ease water retention and cleanse the pores by drawing out impurities. A mud wrap might help with arthritis, rheumatism and minor irritations.
Thalasso or Seaweed Wrap: The client's body is covered in warm seaweed and then wrapped up in a heated blanket. It doesn't always smell great, but it is known to hydrate and firm the skin and leave it tingly fresh.
